  • Course Description: This program is the ninth of ten  modules included in the Anesthesia Assistant Training Program (AATP). Prevention, diagnosis and treatment of anesthetic emergencies will be discussed, including angina, syncope, stroke, allergy, disorders of blood pressure and heart rate and hypoglycemia, among others.     • Describe clinical scenarios of various anesthetic emergencies and discuss treatment protocols

    • Identify a premature ventricular contraction on a dynamic ECG tracing
